Our annual dues is $60 per dog, and $30 for seniors (62 and older) per dog. Regardless if you join in the beginning or end of the year, the fees are not pro-rated.

To apply for a license, go to: http://www.nyc.gov/html/doh/html/licenses/vet-doglicense.shtml You can download a form, complete and pay for it in 5 minutes. Once you have done this, print out a copy for us, scan it and upload it with your application.
